The Secret to Beautiful Skin

The amount of products that I've tried that promise epidermal perfection are too numerous to count, and while quite a few have delivered outstanding results, I've still never been completely satisfied. The problem is that while one product will eradicate acne it won't erase fine lines, or vice versa, so that I am stuck in a situation where I am using 5 or 6 different products on my face at any given time. Right now my rotation includes 3-in-1 Hydrating Acne Treatment from Neutrogena, Shiseido Benefiance Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream, Fresh's Umbrian Clay Mask, and Creme de la Mer. This doesn't include the myriad of peels and exfoliants that I also use routinely. However, a few morning's ago, I realized that I had been approaching this situation all wrong. I had been trying to find a miracle cream to transform my skin, while the secret to beautiful skin actually lay elsewhere. For more than three days I had the worst cold/flu thing that forced me to stay in bed. I started using a cold-mist humidifier at night called the Air-O-Swiss to keep my throat hydrated. On the third morning (after not even bothering to wash my face the night before let alone apply all my creams), I woke up and looked in the mirror to find that my skin looked incredible. It was hydrated and plumped, no fine lines were visible, and it had an incredible glow. I've been using it ever since and the results keep getting better. Who knew that the secret to beautiful skin was a cold-air humidifier?
